Hepatitis B Vaccine
Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by the hepatitis B virus. The virus causes the death of a large number of liver cells, resulting in impaired liver function.
According to statistics, about 8% of the population in Hong Kong are hepatitis B carriers, and about 25% of the carriers will turn into chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis or liver cancer.
The hepatitis B vaccine is effective in preventing hepatitis B and its complications. If the blood test results show that there is no "hepatitis B antigen" and "hepatitis B antibody" in the body, you can consider receiving vaccination.
